We have state of the art Rolling Elements Manufacturing Setup equiped with machines, equipment’s and instruments which enables us to have full control on production of rolling elements. Also we guarantee unmatched flexibility in terms of quantities and deliveries.Production being the core of our industry; special emphasis is laid on manufacturing best practices to ensure defect free supplies.

Step 1: Raw Material Inspection

Wires in the form of coils are 100% inspected and segregated based on grade/diameter. FIFO is followed to ensure systematic traceability.

Step 2: Cutting

Wires is cut to desired length on ultra-high precision cutting machines.

Step 3: Heat Treatment

Products are hardened and tempered in a stringently controlled atmosphere improving hardness, durability and wear resistance.

Step 4: Face Grinding

Product types BPM/TR/ZB are grounded to achieve close length tolerances and minimal face runout values.

Step 5: Centreless Grinding

Precision Grinding achieves close dimensional accuracy and minimal roundness values.

Step 6: Super Finishing

Product Types ZB are superfinished to achieve controlled profiles on outer diameter and enhance smoothness.

Step 7: Visual Inspection

All our products are 100% visually inspected for surface defects before packing.

Step 8: Finished Goods Store

The approved rollers are then packed in polybags with VCI paper or VCI-coated bags or rust-preventive oils, based on customer requirements. They are secured in corrugated boxes with Bar code labels.
